Yan Zhengchun, male, the Han Nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, born in January 1979, master’s degree, lecturer, director of the Institute Office of the School of Statistics. He instructs the courses including theories of statistics, probability and mathematical statistics, market survey and forecasting, and sampling survey. He has published nearly 10 pieces of essays in the academic journals including Modern Economic Research, Statistics and Decision Making, Market Modernization, Statistical Education, Theory and Reform, and Economic Update, etc. Meanwhile, he has charged the project of the Education Department of Sichuan Province called Research on Educational Equality in the Perspective of Education Investment Statistics. Additionally, Mr. Yan has host or participated in more than 10 vertical or horizontal scientific research projects. He has co-edited various textbooks including Probability and Mathematical Statistics (the 11th Five-Year National Programmed Textbook), Econometrics, Learning Guidance to the Theories of Statistics, Social Statistics, and New Edition of Methods and Application of Market Survey, etc. His essay called Quality Screening of GDP Statistical Data has won the second prize of the 8th Sichuan Provincial Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Award.
