Luo Jianmei, female, the Han Nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, born in September 1975, graduated in 2003 from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics with an master’s degree in quantitative economics, member of Sichuan Provincial Statistics Society and member of Sichuan Provincial Field Statistics Society. Professor Luo has organized or participated in more than 10 scientific research activities, written more than 20 academic essays, and edited 2 textbooks.
