Jin Ming

Jin Ming, male, the Han Nationality, member of the China Democratic League, born in April 1977, now studying for Doctor’s degree, associate professor, senior statistician, master tutor. Professor Jin currently holds the posts of director of the Data Mining and Business Intelligence Teaching and Research Office of the School of Statistics, member of Sichuan Provincial Statistics Society, and member of Sichuan Provincial Quantitative Economics Society. From May 2013 to May 2014, Professor Jin took the temporary post of deputy director of the National Bureau of Statistics. In addition, he has organized or participated in a number of large-scale statistical research activities and censuses. Meanwhile, Professor Jin published more than 30 pieces of influential statistical analysis and research articles. Several monographs including Practical Case Analysis of Probability and Mathematical Statistics, Probability and Mathematical Statistics and Econometrics complied or edited by Professor Jin has been widely applied to the statistical work, teaching, and scientific research.
