Zhang Feng, female, the Han Nationality, born in April 1977, member of the Communist Party of China, phD degree, professor. Professor Zhang has published one academic monograph and more than 20 pieces of essays in the academic journals at home and abroad, comprising Systems Engineering, China Statistics, Statistics and Decision, East China Economic Management, etc. She has won the second prize of the Sichuan Provincial Statistical Research Achievement Award.
