Liu Quan

  Liu Quan, male, the Han Nationality, born in August 1957, member of the Communist Party of China, bachelor’s degree, Secretary of CPC General Branch of the School of Statistics of CUIT, professor, professional technical level 3, special appointed professor of the Chinese Business College of Lance University in Thailand, member of the National Statistical Society of China Computerization Branch, member of the National Statistical Society of China. Committed to the collection, arrangement, technical analysis, and method study of the statistical data, Professor Liu successively presided or participated in the 75 National Key Science and Technology Research Project, the National Social Science Foundation Project, and the National Key Statistical Scientific Research Project, etc. He published more than 40 essays in the public academic journals at home and abroad ranging from China Statistics, Journal of Tsinghua University, Computer Application, and Statistics and Decision, of which ten pieces have been catalogued by EI or CSSCI. Furthermore, Professor Liu has published 2 academic monographs. He has won the Science and Technology Progress Third Prize of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Second Prize of Philosophy and Social Science of Sichuan Province. Moreover, he has won the First Prize of the National Bureau of Statistics Statistical Scientific Research Achievement Award twice, the Second Prize twice, and the Third Prize once.
