On November 5, the "Fifth International Financial Science and Technology Forum" jointly sponsored by Southwest University of Finance and Economics, Chengdu Local Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau and Wenjiang District People's Government of Chengdu was held in Wenjiang District. The postgraduate course "Digital Finance and Financial Technology" of our applied economics major organized students to participate in this forum.

         The "Fifth International Financial Technology Forum" consists of three parts: keynote speech, financial product press conference and forum speech. In the keynote speech, Professor Robert John Auman, the winner of the 2005 Nobel Prize in Economics, made an in-depth analysis of the case of behavioral economics. Professor Huang Yiping, the vice president of the National Development Research Institute of Peking University, explained the development of inclusive finance on "big science and technology credit and monetary policy transmission". Qiao Yide, the vice president and secretary-general of the Shanghai Development Research Foundation, discussed how to deal with new challenges from the perspective of the new pattern of global finance, Improve global financial governance. The forum also released the KubeAI system in the charge of Associate Professor Zheng Yu, the QuanPlus system in the charge of Associate Professor Xie Zhilong, and the enterprise risk intelligent identification and early warning system and financial technology products in the charge of Associate Professor Wang Jun, showing the phased achievements of financial technology. The forum also invited a number of entrepreneurial elites, technology giants and well-known investors in the financial technology industry to discuss the opportunities and challenges faced by the financial technology industry in the future from the perspective of enterprise credit evaluation, inclusive finance, quantitative investment, digital cloud native and other multi-dimensional perspectives.
